Luděk spent most of his professional life in IT, where he worked for Fujitsu and Microsoft, among other companies. At Microsoft he began in the Czech branch, subsequently moving to the US center in Redmond, Washington, where he was in charge of introducing new products to the worldwide market. Upon his return, he worked as general manager of marketing and business development at Lasvit.
Scholasticus is a project he conceived during his stay in the USA, when he initiated and managed global e-learning platform called "Virtual Lauch Experience". His motto is „Make things simple“.
In his free time, Luděk likes further education, cooking and his passion is travel and hiking..
Petr devoted most of his career to the procurement and supply chain, gaining extensive experience in companies such as Valeo (CZ), Ingersoll-Rand (CZ), Husky Injection Molding (L) and Schindler (CZ/CH), where he managed the global segment, reaching $$$ millions in volume. He attended VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava and continued studies at the University of Oxford (Saïd Business School) with an MSc in Major Programme Management.
He focused on management of large programs in environments with high degrees of complexity, uncertainty, risk and often with opposing requirements of stakeholder parties. Scholasticus is a new challenge for him.
Besides work, Petr prefers to continue his education, enjoys culture and playing chess.
